Our Limited Express Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Classy Chargers LLC.
What does this limited express warranty cover?
This Limited Express Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Classy Chargers LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
* Classy Chargers LLC will exchange with a new product of same like kind. The new product assumes the same coverage period, beginning from the date of replacement.
* For non custom products the price of the product will be refunded if returned within 14 days from purchase.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Non Custom Physical Goods purchased from Classy Chargers LLC for a full refund is 14 days from time of purchase. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Classy Chargers LLC is 90 days from the date of purchase for like kind replacement. Custom Physical Goods can not be returned for a refund. If the product proves defective the Warranty Period for Custom Physical Goods is 90 days from the date of purchase for like kind replacement.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
* Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
* The warranty does not cover any change in operation due to software updates and changes incurred by the manufacture. Product is guaranteed to work properly with the devices and operating systems noted on packaging at the time of sale.

CLASSY CHARGERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN, AND PURCHASER, BY PURCHASING THE PRODUCT, ACKNOWLEDGES THEY ARE PURCHASING THE PRODUCT “AS IS.” CLASSY CHARGERS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR HARM RESULTING FROM ANY PRODUCT DEFECT, OR ANY MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER TO ANY PERSON OR TO PROPERTY,.
Classy Chargers LLC shall NOT be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost data. Warranty is available ONLY to the original purchaser. Include a receipt as proof of purchase and a copy of your RMA form when returning your item. Allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to arrive. In the case of a refund, allow 2 weeks to process.
