We charge a flat rate of $5.99 shipping on all orders. Orders with total weight under 1 pound will ship USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail if over 1 pound. You will have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout and ship with UPS for an additional cost.

Methods and transit times:

1. Standard shipping

Ships USPS First Class Mail and takes 3-6 business days (Orders under 1 pound)

2. USPS Priority Mail - Takes 2-3 business days (All orders weighing over 1 pound and orders weighing under 1 pound that selected to upgrade to Priority Shipping)

3. UPS 2 Day Air - Takes 2 business days

Order Processing: Orders take 3-4 business days to process prior to shipment. In most cases orders will ship sooner!

What is our Warranty?

Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 60 day Warranty Period. The warranty period begins at the time the order is delivered. During the Warranty Period, Classy Chargers LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to our customers. However, if your order failed to live up to our standards we will make it right for you and replace what is needed.  We do not offer a refund for your purchase.

What will we do to correct the problem?

Classy Chargers LLC will exchange with a new product of the same like kind. Replacements are processed upon product availability and subject to the same processing time as the initial order. The new product assumes the same coverage period. The price of the product, if not customized, will be refunded if returned within 14 days from purchase. A refund will not be issued if there is any customization; monogram, name or single letter. During the warranty period, Classy Chargers must be notified by email and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued. Returns can not be accepted without a RMA number.

We are not able to cancel your order once it has been sent to production or our warehouse for fulfillment. Please email our customer support team to see if you are eligible for cancellation - support@classychargers.com

Only one promo code can be activated per transaction. If you are having trouble with your promo code you can reach out to our Customer Support team and they can help you by email at support@classychargers.com or phone at 949.610.5301.

Currently Classy Chargers does not ship outside the United States.

At the time of shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. The shipping confirmation will include your order details along with a tracking number and a link to the shipping provider.

Order Status:If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account and clicking "My Orders" as well as view your order history. If your order states "In Process", your order has been received and is being processed by our fulfillment team. Changes can not be made to an order once an order confirmation is received. If you order is marked as "Shipped", you will see a shipment tracking number.

If you do not have an account once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please reference this confirmation to get the status of your shipment.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once our fulfillment team has processed your order, we are not able to make any changes.
