What is our Warranty?

Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 60 day Warranty Period. The warranty period begins at the time the order is delivered. During the Warranty Period, Classy Chargers LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. 

Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to our customers.  However, if your order failed to live up to our standards we will make it right for you and replace what is needed.  We do not offer a refund for your purchase.

What will we do to correct the problem?

Classy Chargers LLC will exchange with a new product of the same like kind. Replacements are processed upon product availability and subject to the same processing time as the initial order. The new product assumes the same coverage period. During the warranty period, Classy Chargers must be notified by email and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued. Returns can not be accepted without a RMA number.
