What is your return policy?
A product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. All returns must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and pre-approved by customer service.
What are the steps to complete a return?
