What is your return policy?
A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling costs. A refund will not be issued if there is any customization on the product; monogram, name or single letter. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. All returns must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and pre-approved by customer service.

It is important that you contact customer care before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been verified by customer care.
When can I expect my refund?
A refund for a purchase made within the 14 day return window and does not include any customization; monogram, name or single letter, will be issued once we’ve received your returned items. Refunds do not include original shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used for the transaction and will be in the amount of the product price. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary between credit card issuers.
