Thank you for your purchase from Classy Chargers LLC. Our Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Classy Chargers LLC.
Q: What does this limited warranty cover?
A: This Limited Warrant covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Classy Chargers LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Q: What will we do to correct problems?
A: Classy Chargers LLC will exchange with a new product of same like kind. Replacements are processed upon product availability. The new product assumes the same coverage period. The price of the product will be refunded if returned within 14 days from purchase.
Q: How long does the coverage last?
A: The warrant Period for Physical Good purchased from Classy Chargers LLC for a full refund is 14 days from time of purchase. During the 14 day period the product must test defective. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Classy Chargers LLC that are test defective is 60 days from the date of purchase for like kind replacement. During the warranty period Classy Chargers must be notified by email and a RMA # issued.
Q: What does this limited warranty not cover?
A: Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover any change in operation due to software updates and changes incurred by the manufacturer of the device of the charger and/or cable being used. Product is guaranteed to work properly with the devices noted on packaging at the time of sale. Classy Chargers LLC shall NOT be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost data. Warranty is available ONLY to the original purchaser. Include a receipt as proof of purchase and a copy of your RMA form when returning your item. Allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to arrive. In the case of a refund, allow 2 weeks to process.
Q: What do you have to do to make use of warranty service?
A: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Classy Chargers LLC to receive a RMA form. Once you complete the form, a RMA number will be sent to you.
