We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the U.S. Orders qualifying for free shipping will ship USPS First Class Mail if under 1 pound and USPS Priority Mail if over 1 pound. You will have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout.

If your order is under $25 at checkout you may choose method of shipping.

What is our Warranty?

Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 90 day Warranty Period. The warranty period begins at the time the order is delivered. During the Warranty Period, Classy Chargers LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problem?

Classy Chargers LLC will exchange with a new product of the same like kind. Replacements are processed upon product availability and subject to the same processing time as the initial order. The new product assumes the same coverage period. The price of the product, if not customized, will be refunded if returned within 14 days from purchase. During the warranty period, Classy Chargers must be notified by email and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued. Returns can not be accepted without a RMA number.

We ship to Canada and Mexico: International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $18.00. Delivery times are estimated to be 14-30 business days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs’ procedures or clearance. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers or to customs or postal authorities, in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. For example, for gifts, customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package. Cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

International Returns: Any approved shipping costs, return customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.

At the time of shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. The shipping confirmation will include your order details along with a tracking number and a link to the shipping provider.

Order Status:If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account and clicking "My Orders" as well as view your order history. If your order states "In Process", your order has been received and is being processed by our fulfillment team. Changes can not be made to an order once an order confirmation is received. If you order is marked as "Shipped", you will see a shipment tracking number.

If you do not have an account once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please reference this confirmation to get the status of your shipment.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once our fulfillment team has processed your order, we are not able to make any changes.
